1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

aethercert lets you issue, deploy, and renew TLS certificates across agents you install on your own infrastructure. Your plan (Free, Standard, or MSP) determines the certificate, agent, and feature limits that apply to your organization.

3. Accounts and organizations

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and two-factor authentication factor secure. An MSP-plan organization may create and manage customer organizations on their behalf; you're responsible for having the authority to do so for each customer you add.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed annually in advance via Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Organization > Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You won't use the service to issue certificates for domains you don't control or aren't authorized to manage, or to otherwise violate applicable law.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
